Kendra MacDonald

Kendra MacDonald, CPA, CA, CISA, CRMA, CIA, ICD.D, CFA, leads the Atlantic Enterprise Risk practice based in St. John’s NL specializing in governance, internal audit and risk management and working with clients across multiple industries, small and large, public and private.  Kendra is the co-sourced internal auditor for several organizations in Atlantic Canada and has also worked in multiple offices across Canada and globally in Russia, Australia and Hong Kong.

Kendra is a member of Deloitte’s National Innovation Council and Innovation Leader for Quebec and Atlantic, responsible for helping to promote innovation both within Deloitte and her clients.  In Kendra’s innovation role, she is responsible for Deloitte’s innovation ecosystem strategy and Kendra has lead a number of workshops including innovation culture, strategic risk, strategy, ecosystem development and building a robust business plan for accelerated growth.  Kendra also pushes the innovation agenda through roles on the St. John’s Board of Trade and Newfoundland and Labrador Association Technology Industries board.
