Richard Arthurs

Richard Arthurs, CPA CMA, MBA, CIA, CRMA, CFE, QIAL,  is an accomplished Chief Audit Executive, Enterprise Risk & Finance leader with a 25 year track record of value creation and driving results. He has worked in over 40 countries during his career as the Global Director of Internal Audit and Risk Management for General Mills Inc. based in Minneapolis, US. He has managed a $2 Billion revenue portfolio as the US brand controller for Hamburger Helper, Old EL Paso, and Progresso Soup. He spent three years in London, England as the CFO of General Mills UK and Ireland. He moved back to Canada in 2012 to be the Vice President of Risk, Audit and Compliance at Calgary based AltaLink – A Berkshire Hathaway Energy company. Presently Richard is a Partner with Meyers Norris Penny (MNP) and is the National Leader, Governance and Risk Management in the Enterprise Risk Services group.
