Lanja Fletcher

Lanja Fletcher is a Principal with LHH Knightsbridge Talent and Leadership Development and leads Team Effectiveness solutions. She works with leaders and teams to address performance-limiting mindsets and build alignment. Her work in leadership, team effectiveness and cultural transformation is underpinned by advisory skills developed over a career spanning investment banking, strategy consulting and leadership development. Prior to joining LHH Knightsbridge, Lanja was a Principal in Leadership & People Development at a leading Australian management consultancy where she designed and delivered tailored leadership development programs for executives and senior managers in large corporates, federal and state government. Previously she worked at McKinsey advising Fortune 500 clients regarding strategic growth opportunities and operational improvement. Lanja holds a MBA and LLB from the University of Toronto, and a BA from Wilfrid Laurier University.
