Dr Richard Leblanc will canvass governance and risk failures and successes, drawing on working with and advising several boards over the years. Dr Leblanc will hone in on the role Internal Audit played, or did not play, in that success and failure, and how the role and reporting relationship of Internal Audit is changing.
